3. Psychodynamic Hypnotherapy
Psychodynamic Hypnotherapy is a more traditional form of hypnotherapy. It focuses on dealing with past issues and the achievement of therapeutic goals is facilitated by the hypnotherapist. Psychodynamic Hypnotherapy can be used to look at more deep-seated issues and may be helpful for those who feel they would benefit from more intensive work.

Hypnotherapy in itself can be differentiated into many practices. If you have given hypnotherapy a try before and felt that it may not be for you, it may be due to the unsuitable delivery method of hypnotherapy.
Is hypnotherapy or the particular approach towards hypnotherapy not for you? Think Again.
