Hypnotherapy is a form of holistic method of treatment. It involves the assistance of a hypnotherapist to allow the client to achieve the state of hypnosis. Treatment is with the basis of attaining the personal goals of the client. 

​ Advertising Hypnosis

Advertising hypnosis is for the purpose of marketing a particular product or brand. Ever wondered why companies pay so much for advertisements? Our subconscious actually detects and absorbs information on the streets. Over time, information retrieved becomes familiar and retains in the subconscious. When making a conscious decision, our conscious draws out information from the subconscious and that is when you fall into the trap of advertisements. Advertisement is unbelievable but indeed also a form of hypnosis. ​

Stage Hypnosis

Stage hypnosis is used for entertainment purposes. It is often implemented in a comedic manner to capture the attention of audiences and leave a lasting impact on audiences. Suggestions of stage hypnosis are designed to elicit a more physical/external response (for people to watch). Suggestion of stage hypnosis also only last for the duration of the show. Stage hypnosis is practiced by magicians and actors.

​Self-hypnosis

Self-hypnosis is performed by oneself to achieve a deep state of relaxation. Self-hypnosis allows the mind to relax and reach a hypnotic state without a hypnotherapist. Suggestions and commands can be made by you, or by additional guiding hypnosis tools, e.g., self-hypnosis scripts, videos, music, etc. Self-hypnosis can be learnt and developed, often used as self-management techniques for stress. ​
